Estimator Role
This role involves analyzing external contractor bids to ensure client value for money, creating estimates and cost plans for key client developments, evaluating cost plans and project scopes to assess and address gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing external contractor bids to ensure optimal pricing for clients
* Developing accurate estimates and cost plans for client projects
* Evaluating project scopes to identify areas of improvement
* Maintaining a library of current local rates for use in all estimates
* Oversight of project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and accurate estimation to increase client value
