You'll balance strategic input with hands‐on delivery, helping leaders navigate people challenges while building capability for the future.The impact you'll make As a trusted advisor within the People team, you will:Partner with corporate leaders to support workforce planning, organisational change and performance through a period of transformationProvide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle, aligned to contemporary best practice and legislationCoach and support leaders through change initiatives, restructures and complex people mattersEnable strong leadership capability through guidance on performance, engagement and cultureContribute to enterprise‐wide P&C initiatives that support strategic and transformation outcomesTranslate HR and employment frameworks into practical, value‐adding solutionsIdentify emerging workforce trends, risks and opportunities to inform decision‐makingCollaborate across People & Culture to continuously improve people practices, systems and employee experienceWhat you'll bring You're a commercially minded HR Partner who thrives in corporate environments, enjoys change, and builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders. You'll also bring:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience as an HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally supporting corporate or enterprise portfoliosStrong working knowledge of HR and employment relations, with the ability to balance risk, compliance and business outcomesProven experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiativesConfidence coaching and influencing leaders at all levelsStrong stakeholder management, judgement and decision‐making capabilityAbility to work autonomously while contributing to broader P&C prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions‐focused mindsetExperience in large, complex or regulated organisationsExposure to workforce planning or organisational designAlignment with and appreciation of BaptistCare's purpose, vision and valuesPurpose‐led work.
