The Opportunity
Join us as an Assessment Services Consultant within our Apprentice Connect Provider division! Based in Campbelltown NSW or Fyshwick ACT, this role offers the chance to work with Australia's largest provider in this space.
In this role, you will work closely with employers and job seekers to ensure successful apprenticeship commencements and retention. You will conduct pre-commencement advice and provide early education information, ensuring all parties are supported appropriately.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Facilitating Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
* Facilitating Employer Get Ready Check
* Liaising with internal and external support services
* Contributing to increasing apprenticeship commencement, retention, and completion rates
About You
We are seeking a positive, adaptable, and driven individual with a passion for customer service and support. You should have experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or employment services, and possess:
* Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
* Ability to analyze, interpret, and follow guidelines and procedures
* Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience influencing and negotiating in a dynamic environment
* Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* High computer literacy across various programs
