What You'll Do: Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, this role is responsible for assisting the merchandise team with sales and administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods Assist customers with pricing and product enquiries Process counter sales Maintain safety processes Assistance with campaign materials Provide general administrative support to the branch Dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries What You'll Bring: To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a team environment, preferably in a busy setting, while demonstrating a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. Additionally, you will possess: A proactive approach to work and practical organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Effective verbal communication skills to build long-term customer relationships Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly Ability to identify ways to improve internal sales processes Forklift ticket preferred, but training will be provided to the relevant candidate Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to participate in a shared Saturday roster Self-motivated with a strong drive to initiate tasks and follow through to completion Benefits:
