About the Role
As an Outdoor Blinds Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the process of selecting the perfect outdoor blinds for their home. This role goes beyond sales — it requires expert advice, genuine connection, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

* Conduct in-home consultations with customers
* Understand customer needs and present tailored outdoor blinds solutions
* Provide clear, honest advice aligned with individual styles and budgets
* Represent the Australian Outdoor Living brand with professionalism and pride
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated professional who brings energy, expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
* Experience in In-home sales (highly regarded)
* Knowledge and experience specifically with outdoor blinds products (highly regarded)
* Willingness to travel — appointments are scheduled across Greater Melbourne, including the south-eastern suburbs, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong/Bellarine Peninsula, Ballarat, and Bendigo (essential)
* Proven customer service experience (essential)
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Reliable, well-presented, and highly organised
* Flexible availability from Monday to Saturday
* A valid driver's licence and a well-maintained vehicle
