Gaming Supervisor | Green House Tavern
The popular Green House Tavern is seeking a highly professional and experienced full-time Gaming Supervisor to lead and manage our gaming operations. The successful candidate must be over 18 and hold current RSA and RCG certificates.
Excellent availability is mandatory to cover all shifts across days, nights, weekends and public holidays. You must ensure meticulous compliance, optimal machine performance and exceptional customer service delivery across all peak periods. Day in the Life of a Gaming Attendant
Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that our guests won't forget.
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
Inherent Requirements
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
