Position Classification : Counsellor Level 1/ 2, Occupational Therapist Level 1/ 2, Physiotherapist Level 1/ 2, Psychologist, Registered Midwife, Registered Nurse, Social Worker Level 1/ 2. Remuneration : $72,152.53 - $113,226.00 pa, $36.39 - $57.10 ph (+ superannuation + salary packaging options). Location : Orange, Bathurst NSW. Hours Per Week : up to 38. About the role
The Health Clinician, Specialist Assessor, works as part of a multidisciplinary team, coordinating the care of clients seeking services within their specialty area and providing expert and quality clinical services in collaboration with consumers, carers and other care providers, using an integrated approach. This position will undertake the role of Assessor for the Single Aged Care Assessment Service and provide client‑end assessment. The Aged Care Services deliver a range of clinical and non‑clinical services across the entire Local Health District to support older people in their families, enabling them to remain supported in their home. The teams and programs have a strong commitment to advocacy, restorative care and reablement back to wellness and independence. The position will enjoy cooperation and support within a strong leadership team and can expect significant challenges in a changing aged care environment which needs to respond to a growing patient population and commonwealth and state health reforms impacting operations.
