Rural Nursing Services provides in home care to the Aged and disability sectors in the Mudgee and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance and support to clients in their daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
* Support clients in developing and maintaining their independence, social connections, and overall well-being
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and review individual care plans
* Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation
* Attend and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
* Adhere to RNS policies, procedures, and code of conduct
What we require:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or a related field - (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
* Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation
* National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Reliable source of transport vehicle to be Registered and Insured
* 2 references one of which must be from a past employer
