Looking for field service fitters to work on CAT Machinery on site in the Bowen Basin - ASAP Start.

Your new role
As a Field Service Diesel Fitter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy earthmoving equipment on-site, ensuring safe and efficient operation across multiple mine duties will include:
* Performing on‑site maintenance and repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment
* Diagnosing mechanical faults and troubleshooting in the field
* Completing scheduled servicing and component change‑outs
* Using diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
* Completing field service reports and job documentation in a timely manner
* Following strict safety procedures and complying with site requirements
* Working closely with supervisors and planners to coordinate work activities
* Responding to breakdowns to minimise equipment downtime
* Maintaining tools and service vehicles in safe, working condition
Communicating clearly with clients and team members regarding progress and issues
What you'll need to succeed
* Diesel Fitter Trade Certificate
* Proven experience working on CAT machinery
* Mining experience on heavy earthmoving equipment (HME)
* Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Ability to DIDO to site
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and police check
What you'll get in return
In return, you’ll secure a long‑term, full‑time position with a reputable and well‑established mining services provider. You’ll earn a minimum of $75 per hour plus superannuation on all hours worked, with weekly pay and consistent long‑term work. This role operates on a 7/7 rotating roster with 12‑hour shifts, working across various mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin. As a DIDO role, camp accommodation and meals are provided, and you’ll also have access to ongoing career development and progression opportunities within the business.
