Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager position located in Dubbo, NSW. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency across administrative tasks. The role involves managing office equipment, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting team members, and delivering excellent customer service to support the agency's high standards of client engagement.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
* Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily operational tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with Office Equipment and general office management practices to ensure seamless functionality of the workspace.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using database systems and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools is a plus.
* Prior experience in real estate operations or office management is advantageous.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking initiative independently.
