**The Opportunity**
Monadelphous is looking for SMP Supervisors to join our offshore Energy division on a 3:3 roster. These roles will commence in February 2025 for a duration of 6-12 months including onshore training before mobilisation.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all project scopes.
- Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials.
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
- Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task.
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
- Maximise time in the field - safety talks and interactions with crews. Completing own KPI's and ensuring direct reports are also compliant.
- Supervise, coach and mentor trade roles and direct reports.
**What you'll bring**:
- Mechanical Trade or Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management Experience would be highly regarded.
- BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS
- MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
