What You'll Bring:
* Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, preferably in a hotel environment
* Proven ability to manage and develop a team
* Experience implementing preventative maintenance programs
* Experience organising, consulting and negotiating with Contractors
* Sound computer literacy
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Building/trade qualification will be highly regarded
How You'll Shine:
* Manage and be responsible for the operations of all maintenance requirements of the hotel.
* Perform the role in a hands-on manner
* Supervision of all building related matters and works
* Lead the property Workplace Health and Safety Management Plan
* Quoting, scheduling and managing Capex projects
* Protect and maintain the hotel asset, whilst ensuring the safety, security and comfort of members, guests and team members
* Take the lead in identifying and implementing sustainable practices
