We operate through two key divisions : Community Services which provides life skills in-home care and community access support and Social Enterprise which creates employment opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key responsibilities
Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely
Load and unload pallets
Stack and organise products in the waste transfer station site
Perform routine equipment checks and report issues
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all procedures safety protocols and company policies
Providing assistance in other area of the waste facility such as the recycling drop off and waste transfer station sites
What we are looking for
Basic computer skills
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
Forklift licence
A commitment to safety and teamwork
A passion for sustainability and recycling
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and punctuality to support a busy team.
