About the role
We’re looking for Team Members to work in our state‑of‑the‑art temperature‑controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located at Kemps Creek. These roles will be key in moving grocery products through our supply chain to provide seamless in‑store experiences for our customers.
As a Team Member, you’ll undertake a broad range of duties to support the ADC’s operation including correctly identifying products and consumables, loading, unloading, picking, tote handling, preparing totes with selected products, decanting processes, utilising material handling equipment (MHE) and the ADC’s equipment and completing housekeeping tasks.
About you and your skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to safety and quality standards
- Possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy
- You’ll need to be comfortable working on your own and following set instructions
- To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
