**Job description**:
FinXL IT is seeking **10 Contact Centre Test Analysts** to join our dynamic team working with a leading telecommunications organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in testing contact centre systems to play a key part in ensuring seamless and efficient customer service operations.
You will be responsible for testing the functionalities of contact centre systems, working with various automation and performance testing tools, and ensuring that all systems meet performance and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Test the functionalities of **contact centre systems** to ensure optimal performance and usability
- Use automation tools such as **Selenium**, **Jira**, and **LoadRunner** to conduct functional, automation, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve system defects
- Execute and analyse test cases to ensure systems perform under load and meet business requirements
- Provide clear and actionable reports on testing results to stakeholders
**Key Requirements**
Essential:
- ** Must be an Australian Citizen to apply**:
- Strong functional and non-functional testing experience
- Proven experience in **testing functionalities** of **contact centre system**:
- Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber
- Experience with **automation and performance testing tools** such as **Selenium**, **Jira**, **LoadRunner**, or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience of ALM testing tool
