The Opportunity: Construction Administrator
We're seeking an organised and proactive Construction Administrator to support our Site Supervisors and Construction team based in Osborne Park. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy coordinating moving parts, and want to be part of delivering quality homes — this could be the role for you.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to Site Supervisors
* Assist with site start documentation, job files, approvals, and compliance records
* Coordinate information between Construction, Scheduling, Drafting, Estimating, and Client Liaison teams
* Support scheduling of trades, inspections, and site activities
* Maintain accurate records in construction systems (Click Homes experience desirable)
* Process purchase orders, variations, invoices, and general documentation
* Assist with reporting, issue tracking, and follow-ups
* Perform general administration, data entry, and document control
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role (residential building preferred)
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and support multiple stakeholders
* Confident communication skills and a team-first mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Click Homes experience highly regarded)
