Overview Investor Relations Analyst

A rapidly growing investment manager is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join its Sydney office.
Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, this role offers the prospect to work across investor relations, fund operations, and compliance.
You will be instrumental in delivering accurate reporting, high-quality investor servicing, and efficient operational processes, supporting the firm’s ongoing growth.
The Role This hands-on position combines investor communication, fund administration, and analytical support.
You will work directly with investors, advisers, and platforms while also assisting with reporting, reconciliations, compliance obligations, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities Act as a key contact for investors, managing onboarding, queries, and lifecycle communications
Prepare investor reports, fact sheets, presentations, and responses to DDQs/RFIs
Support meetings, briefings, and roadshows with materials and data room coordination
Process trades, applications, redemptions, distributions, and capital calls
Perform daily reconciliations and support cash management and unit registry processes
Maintain dashboards on AUM/FUM, fund flows, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with AFSL/ASIC requirements (RG 234, DDO/TMD, AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS)
Maintain CRM and operations systems, contributing to automation and process efficiency
About You 2–4 years’ experience in investor relations, fund operations, or financial services
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills with high attention to detail
Knowledge of AFSL/ASIC obligations and investment operations
Proficiency with Excel, CRM systems, and fund administration platforms
