Your role in our team
As our new Legal Counsel in the Contracts team, you will play a key role in supporting Terma's business by advising our organization on all aspects of legal requirements associated with commercial contracts.
You will ensure efficient processes while maintaining compliance with company policies, working closely with internal stakeholders, particularly in commercial and support functions, to manage and negotiate agreements that enable Terma's operations and growth.

Your key responsibilities include:
Reviewing, analyzing, and drafting commercial contracts in close collaboration with the commercial teams
Supporting internal stakeholders during contract negotiations by providing guidance on terms and conditions
Identifying potential risks and proposing practical, business-minded solutions
Advising internal teams on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation
Conducting internal training and knowledge sharing on contract processes and legal principles
Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments in the technology sector to ensure compliance
Ensuring all contracts and agreements align with company standards, policies, and applicable laws
We are also looking for a new colleague who has:
A degree in Law, Business, or a related field with strong legal training
Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract management or legal support, preferably within the technology or industrial/offshore sector
Experience with public tenders is a significant advantage
A strong understanding of commercial agreements, including balancing legal compliance, risk management principles, and commercial considerations
Interest in working with technology and the aerospace domain
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and is fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
A collaborative mindset and willingness to actively contribute to a team where knowledge sharing and social engagement are part of our culture
