With 145 design-led rooms, our vibrant Market & Meander - Up-to-date Italian Cuisine, and the lively Merrymaker Rooftop Bar with sweeping views and cosmic cocktails, we’re more than just a hotel—we’re a hub of culture, food, and connection.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Thoroughly clean, prepare and maintain guest rooms.
- Thoroughly clean Hotel public areas and back-of-house areas
- Restock supplies such as towels and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
- Handling complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy
- Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
- Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
- Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
- Maintaining inventory levels, preparing budgets, and driving productivity
What We need from you:
- Communication and customer service skills- approachable and articulate
- Strong attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
- Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
- Outstanding teamworking attitude
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
