Responsibilities
Who is Blarney Castle? We’re the heart of retail C-Store operations in Michigan! We’re family-owned and have grown in Michigan since 1933. Today, we’re delighted to have over 1,800 team members across the state, all focused on providing Super, Superior Customer Service.
Role Responsibilities: You’ll be part of the leadership team responsible for coaching and inspiring your store team. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help develop team members and identify future leaders. Your duties include providing customer service, processing transactions, and responsibly selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery products. Open availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required. While a combination of college credits and work experience is helpful, it is not mandatory.
At least one year of related retail experience is preferred.
You should demonstrate an engaging leadership style and strong customer service skills.
You must be able to stand, bend, reach, and lift at least 50 lbs., and be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance are necessary for some leadership duties.
