The Role
Join an established engineering team for a leading Australian-owned agribusiness. Responsible for both Workshop-based and Field-based work, the Boilermaker is responsible for installing, modifying, and maintaining a range of equipment including (but not limited to):
- Irrigation equipment (Pumps, Hydrants, etc)
- Packing line machinery (Conveyors, etc)
- Tractor modifications (e.g. crumble roller, picking trailer)
- Nursery equipment
Skills & Experience
- Relevant Engineering/Fabrication trade qualification
- Demonstrated TIG/MIG welding experience
- Open driver's licence and full Australian working rights
- Agricultural/Production machinery maintenance experience (not essential)

As a leading producer of bananas and other tropical fruits, they manage extensive farming operations across multiple regions, employing over 500 staff. The fabrication workshop is located in Feluga (just North of Tully), with farming properties within a 20 - 40-minute drive.
