Core Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our overall objectives are met.
* Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
* Ability to take 50 - 120 calls per day.
* Engage with customers to gain an understanding of their requirements and then direct them to the relevant department within the business to provide further expertise (e.g. Bulk quotes, Plant quotes).
* Processing sales.
* Development of product knowledge to be able to provide advice on add‐on products or alternatives and to remain confident in responding to customer questions.
* To engage with customers in a professional way that promotes increasing revenue opportunities, sales effectiveness and builds positive brand awareness.
* Promote in‐house customer incentive programs.
* Meeting departmental KPIs.
* Ensuring departmental non‐negotiables are adhered to.
* Ensuring Business Non‐negotiables are adhered to.
* Participate in ongoing Customer Sales training.
* Liase with other departments in a professional manner to ensure customer needs are met.
* Reporting to Customer Sales Supervisor and Sales Team Leader.

About You

* Previous experience in sales.
* Previous experience in a call center workplace.
* Ability to deliver excellent Customer Sales skills.
* Have high computer literacy skills.
* Have ability to multi‐task.
* Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Have an ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Have excellent time management and organisation skills.
* Have high attention to detail skills.
* Have a passion for learning.
* Have a positive can‐do attitude and work well within a team.
* Must be available to work weekends occasionally if required.

Job Details

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 10 - 38 per week
