Job Description:
This is a full-time permanent role in the new home frame assembly manufacturing team. The key focus of this position is to safely assemble steel wall frames, roof trusses, and joists according to drafting plans.
* Work closely with a team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks.
* Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard.
* Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans.
* Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking.

The Production / Assembly Workers report to the Factory Manager. This role involves building and assembling steel wall frames, roof trusses, and joists.
