**The Role**
Key tasks and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist Business Development Manager in day-to day duties
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders including clients, developers and settlement agents
- Sales file submission checks for wholesale deals
- Job tracking and assistance in sales reporting
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
**You**
To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role e.g. Sales Administration, Contracts Admin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency
- High attention to detail and able to prioritise workload
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced in environment
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
- Good level of knowledge and passion for the residential building industry
