Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct both scheduled maintenance and emergency repair services for forklifts.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on industry advances.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications:
* Mechanical aptitude and experience with forklift maintenance preferred.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Effective communication skills for customer interaction.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if necessary.
