**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Provide high level leadership and management to the NMPD Administrative team, including performance reviews, mentoring, up-skilling, and auditing.
- Manage all aspects of the Education Tool and Requisite Education Framework (REF) procedures from creation to final approval. This includes providing correct templates and forms for completion i.e., ERIAF, SC-LOL Education Tool Request Form, Review Table. Provide induction on the Education Tool process to new NMPDT staff.
- Ensure compliance to educational governance requirements from NMPD Team.
