About the role: We're looking for a practical, commercially minded Logistics and Inventory Manager to join our Supply Chain team at Australian Vintage on a Full Time Permanent basis. The role will be based at Merbein Packaging Winery – Merbein. Reporting to the Site and Supply Chain Manager, this role sits at the centre of how our products move, how our inventory is managed and how we deliver to customers. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Service, Production Planning and Finance, as well as external transport and warehousing partners. This role suits someone who enjoys working across detail and big picture thinking, using data to make decisions, and building strong working relationships. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating logistics, transport and inventory operations Managing logistics and storage costs and identifying improvement opportunities Overseeing finished goods and dry goods inventory across multiple locations Monitoring stock health, availability and risk Working closely with logistics partners to improve performance Supporting forecasting, supply planning and service delivery Producing logistics and inventory performance reporting Helping manage supply chain risks and resolve delivery issues What you'll bring:Experience in logistics, supply chain or inventory management (around five years or more) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with inventory or supply chain systems The ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external partners A practical, organised and collaborative approach to workSalary Range: $120,000.00 to $145,000.00 per annum Why Australian Vintage: You'll be part of a down-to-earth, experienced supply chain team where your work has a clear impact on how the business operates and serves its customers.
