Business Leader Role
We are seeking an exceptional Business Leader to join our team. As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your department.
Your key responsibilities will include leading, coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements. You will also be accountable for ensuring that Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
