About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive community nursing services, including chronic disease management, palliative care, carer support, illness prevention, and health promotion activities.
As a regulated health professional, the Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable to meet and inform the scope of practice for the area of employment.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing person-centered care and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience in community nursing or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
