Senior Care Manager Position
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse who wants to make a real difference in people's lives.
You will be responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality, person-centred care. This includes supervising and supporting care staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth, building meaningful partnerships with residents and families, and providing complex clinical care including wound management, medication administration, and assessments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration, a minimum of 2 years' aged care experience, and strong communication, clinical, and leadership abilities.
