TechLink Solutions Group is looking for an experienced and highly capable Level 3 IT Technician / Senior IT Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on senior technical role ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, delivering projects, helping fellow technicians, and owning technical outcomes across a wide variety of client environments.
If you're driven, client‑focused, and excited by the challenge of working in a fast‑paced MSP, this is a role where you can make real impact from day one.
About us
TechLink Solutions Group is a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based on the Gold Coast with a growing national presence. We're building more than an IT company, we're a technology alignment partner providing complete business technology solutions for our clients and partners across Australia, covering everything from daily support and cloud services to cybersecurity, internet, phones, digital solutions, and the latest AI technologies.
We're not your typical workplace team. Yes, we take our work seriously - but not ourselves. Culture comes first here: joint lunches on Fridays with games, a few rounds of pool or Mario Kart, and a crew that genuinely backs each other.
Our founder started out as a Level 1 Tech, so he knows firsthand what it takes to grow within the IT industry. That's why we're committed to providing an environment where experienced engineers can continue to grow, specialise, and make meaningful impact.
If you're someone who thrives on deep technical work and ongoing growth, we'll back your development every step of the way.
What's this role all about?
This is a senior, high‑impact role where you'll take ownership of complex technical escalations, own and deliver end‑to‑end projects, and play a key role in shaping the technical success of our clients.
