We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Managing guest check-ins and outs efficiently
- Accurately processing reservations and managing accounts using our park booking system
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping team to ensure readiness of accommodation
- Supplying guests with information about the property and local area
- Completing daily office administration tasks
- Building strong relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Front Office position within the hospitality industry
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding Guest experience
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
- Current drivers license essential
