What You'll Be DoingAs the Transition Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of services by acting as the conduit between stakeholders. You will oversee documentation and governance to facilitate a seamless transition into service.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end transition of System Platforms, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineers, and senior leadership to align transition objectives, manage expectations, and drive stakeholder buy-in for a smooth transition into service.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications during transitions, facilitating workshops, status meetings, and feedback loops.
Identify and manage risks related to service continuity, developing mitigation strategies communicated clearly to all relevant parties.
Maintain detailed records of transition activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders through dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.

10+ years of experience in transition or project management roles.
Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
Strong understanding of data centre/system transition.
Proven track record in managing complex transition or transformation projects.
Proven project governance skills.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic delivery environment.
