Responsibilities
* Application Development: Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications, including business rules, client scripts, and workflows to meet complex business requirements.
* Platform Management: Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and patches across production and non‑production environments, ensuring system integrity and auditability.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, implement preventative maintenance, and drive enhancements to meet high client satisfaction KPIs.
* Collaboration: Work closely with scrum teams and stakeholders across the university to plan, design, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications
* Certified ServiceNow Application Developer with extensive experience in large‑scale implementations.
* Strong background in enterprise application development and system integration.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow‑specific development tools.
* Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to lead multi‑functional teams.
Desired skills and experience
* Experience with web services and service‑oriented architecture.
* Ability to drive multi‑functional teams in resolving complex issues.
