This role is responsible for leading and managing a team in the effective delivery of business support functions.
The Manager, Business Support Services will be responsible for providing advice on a range of business support functions in alignment with policy and procedures.

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking a critical role at Loddon Prisons Precinct to provide services that ensure the safe and secure containment of prisoners.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Prison Services Manager, this position will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on business services including fiscal status, monitoring and analysis of various business functions, reporting, and innovation and collaboration of processes across business teams within the location.
Duties:
* Supervise, manage, and provide leadership and mentoring to a team of staff working across multiple locations with varied roles and responsibilities.
* Undertake and lead high service delivery standards and timelines across the precinct in alignment with specified outcomes, stakeholder expectations, and location needs.
* Plan and prioritise the team's workload and support their ongoing training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in government finance and an excellent knowledge of the application of government accounting and financial legislation, policies, and processes.
* Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the application of the Oracle Financial System.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* A qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting is desirable.
