The Position Are you experienced in an Early Learning Centre setting with a knack for establishing creative and fun learning environments and stimulating experiences for young children? Do you enjoy the fast-paced nature of a vibrant Early Learning Centre and working with a highly experienced and dedicated team of Early Learning professionals? Then please read on as this just might be the perfect position for you! We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Co-Educator for our Early Learning Centre commencing Term 1 2026. This is a full-time ongoing position, 8:00am to 4:00pm during the school terms only. Enjoy the school holidays off. As an Early Learning Co-Educator, you will: Support the preparation, implementation, and reflection of a developmentally appropriate program for 3- and 4-year-olds Assist in the day-to-day running of the program and learning environments Contribute to documentation of children’s learning, interests, and developmental progress Attend professional development and staff meetings Actively engage and supervise children at all times Identify and respond to child safety risks Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel a strong sense of belonging You will be a motivated and enthusiastic educator who: Has knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and PYP curriculum Demonstrates understanding of child development and early childhood teaching practice Reflects Trinity’s values: Truth, Service, Courage, and Community Is proficient in using digital technologies to enhance learning Communicates effectively with children, families, and colleagues Excellent verbal and written skills Is committed to working collaboratively Models and upholds Trinity Grammar’s Child Safe Standards in all interactions Please download the position description for more information about the position.
