Youth, Family & Community Connections Inc. (YFCC) is seeking Youth Coaches to join our Crisis Accommodation Support Services team in Burnie and Devonport. We have both part-time and casual opportunities available for motivated individuals who are engaging, knowledgeable, and committed to youth and housing support services.

About the Role
As a Youth Coach, you will provide emergency accommodation, coaching, and support for young people aged 13-20 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting intake and assessments
Providing brief interventions, education, and information
Undertaking case management
Promoting healthy and independent living skills
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Diploma in Community Services or an equivalent qualification
A current Driver's Licence
A National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Registration
The ability to work overnight and weekend shifts
A willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
