About the Role:
This is a hands-on management position with full accountability for store performance., creating an engaging environment for both your team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a small team to achieve sales and service targets
* Build a fun, inclusive, and results-focused culture
* Deliver effective visual merchandising and manage stock levels
* Prepare rosters in line with operational and budget requirements
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold company standards
* Participate in recruitment and training of new team members
