A fantastic opportunity has become available for a performance-driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the Autopact CQ team and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

We are seeking a Service Advisor with unrivalled customer service skills. You will need a proven customer service background and the drive to excel in a professional environment. This is the chance you have been waiting for to further your career in the automotive industry

Autopact CQ is a high-performing service department that prides itself on managing high customer retention, above-national-average customer survey scores, and promoting a positive brand image.

This role offers:

· Work Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm

Responsibilities will include:

· Greeting and serving customers for the service department.

· Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing.

· Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.

· Coordinating daily service appointments.

· Meeting individual and team targets.

· Managing customer expectations.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

· Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.

· Promptly invoicing customers.

· Effectively addressing customer concerns.

Specific skills required:

· Consistently creating a memorable customer experience.

· Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs.

· Working cooperatively in a team environment.

· Genuine care for external and internal customers.

· Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management.

· Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded) but not necessary.

· Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded) but not necessary.

· Current driver's license is mandatory.

Essential criteria:

· A passion for the automotive industry and the brand.

· Ability to logically solve problems.

· Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

· Strong computer skills.

· Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
