Job Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic business development initiatives in the QLD region.
* Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive account management.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Promote products through technical presentations and demonstrations.
* Conduct regular customer site visits and pull testing to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Analyse business performance and identify market trends to recommend corrective actions.
* Negotiate sales contracts, managing working capital effectively.
* Undertake domestic travel and work underground as necessary.
About You:
* Proven experience in underground mining is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated understanding of ground support materials and practices.
* Strong business development and customer account management capabilities.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
