Supporting 110 residents across the sites with 200 staff, we aim to provide quality healthcare in a warm, hotel-like environment where residents are encouraged to celebrate life. Our Swansea facility also offers sub-acute, emergency, and residential care.

About The Role
The role involves providing high-quality nursing care within your scope, engaging residents, families, and the community to enable residents to celebrate life at every stage.
Key responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality care to residents
* Managing and supervising support staff
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for person-centered, holistic care
Selection criteria
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* 3+ years nursing experience
* Rural and Remote Nursing experience (highly regarded)
* Aged Care experience (highly regarded)
* Experience in sub-acute and emergency care or willingness to train (Swansea)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* High-standard documentation skills
* Eligibility to work in regional Tasmania
