Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact civil projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Oversee tenders, budgets, and cost control.
* Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings.
* Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in civil project management.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Track record managing projects valued between $5M–$50M.
* Expertise in subdivisions, TfNSW projects, and multi-disciplinary civil work.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Mandatory Requirements
* Driver's Licence.
* White Card (Construction Induction Training).
* Relevant industry certifications.
