The Role
We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of dutiesvital to the efficient operations of our service.
This is an excitingpermanent part time opportunity working 20 hours per week across 3days.
Hours of work: Monday & Wednesday -9am - 3:30pm, Friday 9am - 5:30pm (These times include a half an hour unpaid lunch break).
In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family account's and the centre's waiting list using the softwareXAP, responding to email and phone queries' and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families

* Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships

* Previous experience and / or a relevant qualification
* Have proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
