The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an all-new Mediterranean-inspired food and beverage menu.
Job Description
We are seeking passionate and experienced Bartenders to join the opening team of Cleo and help shape the guest experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft exceptional cocktails, from timeless classics to signature rooftop creations
* Deliver warm, genuine, and professional service in a fast-paced environment
* Support bar setup and pack down, ensuring the workspace is clean, organised, and fully stocked
* Share your knowledge of beverages, flavours and pairings with guests
* Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service
* Uphold Cleo's high standards of presentation, quality and guest experience
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume or premium venue.
* Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails and bar techniques.
* Confident and engaging interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
* Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Current Victorian RSA Certificate
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
