The Role
We are currently seeking Revit & CAD capable Project Architect & Experienced Graduate Architect to join our Melbourne studio. With a clear progression path to a senior position within the company, we encourage you to apply and anticipate you having the following skills, experience, and character traits:
* Self-motivated & reliable. Proactively collaborate with directors and other team members
* At least 5 years post graduate work experience (Project Architect / Experienced Graduate Architect)
* Sound Experience with townhouses, apartments, and commercial projects
* Revit & AutoCAD proficiency essential
* 3D modelling skill and rendering skill
* Comprehensive knowledge in relevant Australian Standards & NCC
* Solid design & documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of a project from Schematic Design to Construction ensuring compliance and standards are maintained
* Strong time management skills with ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to coordinate sub consultants
* Works effectively with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
* Experience leading small teams, allocating tasks, mentoring staff, conducting quality reviews, and coordinating project delivery.
