**Kinder Caring** is urgently seeking experienced, motivated, committed, and caring Support Workers to provide care to clients in the Hunter Region.

As a **Support Worker**, you'll access client information, and document progress or hazards to ensure their safety and well-being on an easy to use APP. We have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and the Gold Coast with dedicated teams to provide you with ongoing support.

**We're looking for people with these qualities**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role.
- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs.
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable) OR studying towards a nursing qualification
- Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
- You have a current Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role

**Experience**:
