Change Manager Role Overview
The City of Greater Geelong is seeking a Change Manager to play a critical role in supporting our people-centric approach to implementing project deliverables and benefits realization.
This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate develop and deliver high-quality change management strategies and plans, partnering with Program and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Developing and delivering effective change management strategies and plans.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to drive adoption of change initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities include distilling operational model projects into specific changes, preparing reports and briefings to support stakeholders, and managing all change and communications activities.
The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce/Business, or Organisation Psychology, along with substantial experience in a senior change management position.
Essential skills and qualifications include leading large-scale transformational change projects, developing and implementing change and communication strategies, influencing and driving change across all levels of the organisation, and providing advice and coaching to leaders in leading change.
What You'll Need:
