This will involve developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, staying informed on healthcare workforce trends, nursing shortages, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance, and promoting safe work practices and delivering service excellence in the healthcare environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong background in sales, business development, or client management - healthcare exposure a bonus.
* A natural ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
* Fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
* Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel across your region.
