Be responsible for managing the documentation and information flow throughout various engineering projects, ensuring accurate document control, revision control, and adherence to regulatory requirements, while supporting efficient collaboration and information sharing among project teams.
**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:
Manage incoming and outgoing drawings for all projects.
Ensure all technical documents, such as engineering documents, reports and drawings are registered in system. Distribute documents as necessary to relevant people / organisations.
Numbering and identification of documents. Quality and compliance checks on documents.
Knowledge of Vendor Documentation Process.
Adhere to all CPC Engineering and CPC Project Design policies, systems, procedures and quality management requirements.
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in drawing control, preferably in a similar organisation and industry.
Microsoft office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong computer skills with experience in Acrobat and/or Blue Beam Reader and Professional.
Experience with QDMS and SharePoint.
Skills and Abilities
High level communication skills - written and verbal.
Strong computer literacy skills within a Microsoft office environment.
Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent organisational and time management skills for systems and follow up.
Knowledge of databases and version control.
Attention to detail, excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.
