We're seeking an Administration Assistant for a Victorian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged students.
Their work ensures that all children can attend school with dignity, comfort, and the resources they need to succeed.Reporting to the Sales and Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing administration and project support to the team Responsibilities: Provide phone and email support to customers Respond to general customer enquiries related to sales, dispatch, and warehousing operations.
Review and assess applications against established criteria Act as the first point of contact for existing customers managing requests and maintaining strong relationships.
Ensure timely entry and processing of ad hoc sales orders Respond to emails from stakeholders, including schools and customers.
Perform any additional tasks or support duties as required by the team leader.
